Nominate a Project You Care About

You (the donor) contact us to propose a project or cause you’d like to support — this might be:

  • A humanitarian project overseas
  • A local mental health or medical outreach
  • A faith-aligned social initiative
  • A partner organisation already doing impactful work

We Review, Vet, and Approve

Our foundation will conduct a structured due diligence process, including:

  • Legal and operational verification of any partner organisation
  • Alignment with our benevolent purpose
  • Risk and financial integrity checks
  • Confirmation that the project is non-political, non-evangelistic (as per ATO rules), and delivers measurable relief to people in need

Once approved, a grant agreement or partnership MOU is established to ensure full transparency and control over how funds will be used.

We List & Report the Project Publicly

The approved project will be:

  • Listed on our website under active supported initiatives
  • Included in regular updates, newsletters, or donor reports
  • Tracked with receipts, photos, or reports from the field (where applicable)

You’ll stay informed on how your generosity is making a difference — and your gift will be stewarded with accountability and care.

💼 Our Admin Fee – Transparent, Fair, and Impact-Aligned

We are committed to stewarding your gift with integrity and transparency.

To ensure the highest standards of due diligence, compliance, and reporting, we apply a modest administrative fee. This supports:

  • Project vetting and legal agreements
  • Ongoing partner monitoring and compliance
  • Financial reporting and receipting
  • Communication, donor updates, and grant management

💡 Fee Refund Guarantee

If your nominated project is not activated within 18 months and the funds remain within our foundation or trust, the full admin fee is refunded, allowing your entire donation to go to an approved initiative or be reassigned.
