1Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, platforms, donation forms, and membership application pages. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
2Donations

Donations to Everglow Ministry Trust are not tax deductible.

Donations to Everglow Benevolent Foundation may be tax deductible, provided they are used for benevolent purposes and comply with relevant law.

All donations are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or an administrative error is proven.
3Use of Funds
Everglow reserves the right to determine how funds are allocated in alignment with its stated charitable purposes. Donors may express a preference, but all funds are ultimately applied at the discretion of the trustee board.
4Membership Obligations
By becoming a member, you:
- Confirm that you support the purpose of the Foundation and/or Trust;
- Agree to act in good faith and not misuse your involvement for personal, political, or commercial gain;
- Agree not to publicly misrepresent your relationship with Everglow.
Everglow reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion, with or without cause, to protect the integrity of the organisation.

- We make no guarantees regarding outcomes from your giving or participation.
If a dispute arises, you agree to seek resolution through informal discussion first, followed by mediation in Sydney, Australia before any formal proceedings.
7Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with exclusively under NSW jurisdiction.
