Membership Categories

To maintain integrity and fairness, we distinguish members by their role, contribution, and involvement. Voting rights and payment status are outlined below:

Elders’ Circle

A believer who supports our mission and wishes to stay informed, vote at meetings, and uphold Everglow’s values.

Voting Rights: ✅Yes

Covenant Partners

A church or ministry that partners with Everglow to support our mission and receive resources.

Voting Rights: ✅Yes *
*if nominated representative is approved

Servant Partners

Serve through prayer, volunteering, admin, skills, outreach. May join intercession teams or volunteer rosters. Recognised spiritually, but not financially required.

Voting Rights: ❌No

Marketplace Lightbearers

A Christian business supporting Everglow through membership fees or sponsorship, eligible for promotion and recognition.

Voting Rights: ❌No *

Faithful Givers

Auto-enrolled after first donation. May receive donor updates and project reports. No governance responsibilities.

💵 Contribution: Any amount

Covenant Patrons

Significant financial givers. Receive legacy briefings, private impact updates. May be recognised.

💵 Contribution: $10,000+ p.a.

🧾 How to Become a Member of Everglow Ministry Ltd

We encourage tailored giving strategies, depending on your structure and goals:

✅ Eligibility

A person (individual or organisation) can become a member only if they are eligible under clause 2.2 , which states:

A person qualifies as a member if they support the purpose of the company and agree to comply with the constitution .

This typically means:

  • They agree with the Christian values and objectives of the ministry
  • They are committed to supporting Everglow’s activities

📝 Application Process (Clause 2.3–2.5)

To become a member:

Step 1: Submit an Application

  • Must be in writing (or another form approved by the directors)
  • Must declare support for the company’s purpose and agree to comply with the constitution

Step 2: Board Review

  • The Directors consider the application at their discretion
  • They may approve or reject the application without giving reasons

Step 3: Entry in Register

If approved:

  • The applicant becomes a member once their name is entered in the members register
  • They may approve or reject the application without giving reasons

🚪 Ending Membership (Clause 2.6–2.7)

Membership ends if the member:

  • Resigns in writing
  • Dies (if an individual)
  • Is expelled by directors (e.g. for misconduct or acting against the company’s purpose)
